Highly Appreciate on namecheap.com

​In past, I was used to take hostgator.com service. Recently, I tried to use namecheap service. I found that its price was very competitive. Its support response was very fast and very helpful as I compared to my old provider.
For instance, I registered a wrong domain name; according to the Clause 10 of the Registration Agreement, all domain name registrations with the Namecheap are final and non-refundable. However, the namecheap support guy can provide me an exception to cancel my registration of wrong domain and issue a refund.
I highly appreciate namecheap.com service and would like to recommend it to you.
